Countdown For The 57th Annual CMA Awards Night Is In High Gear

It is getting closer for one of the biggest nights in Country Music. Get your snacks, drinks and cheering voice ready for viewing of the 57th Annual CMA (Country Music Association) Awards airing live on November 8th at 8/7c on ABC and the following night on Hulu. This year we welcome back Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning as the hosts.

The lineup includes a mix of first-time nominees and performers, along with Country Music legends and reigning CMA Awards winners, including Luke Bryan, Jelly Roll, K. Michelle, Little Big Town, Megan Moroney, Old Dominion, Carly Pearce, Chris Stapleton, Tanya Tucker and Lainey Wilson.

There are many varied collaborations again this year. To name a few, five-time nominee and first-time performer, Jelly Roll, will open the show with a not-to-be-missed performance of “Need a Favor.” CMA Awards co-host Luke Bryan will deliver a medley of his hits including “Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day,” “One Margarita,” “That’s My Kind Of Night,” “Play It Again” and “Country Girl (Shake It For Me)” coming on the heels of celebrating his 30th No. 1 song. A three-time nominee this year, Chris Stapleton will take the stage to perform his new single “White Horse,” while the night’s most-nominated artist, Lainey Wilson, will take the stage to perform her critically acclaimed song “Wildflowers and Wild Horses.”

Among the list of presenters you will see Martina McBride, Lady A, Sarah Evans, Chris Young, Bill Anderson and more. The first “CMA Awards Banquet and Show” was held in 1967. The following year, the CMA Awards was broadcast for the first time – making it the longest running, annual music awards program on network television. The CMA Awards have aired on ABC since 2006. ABC is the network home of the CMA Awards and CMA’s other two television properties, “CMA Fest” and “CMA Country Christmas.”

This is a night to shine for everyone, and for me, all those nominated are already in the winners circle for their achievements through the year that got them to the stage. So get ready, sit back, relax and in your own way be part of the night, cause it's gonna be a good one. For more a more detailed list go to:
