Laughlin NV Was Once Again Wowed With The Hits From Darryl Worley

I may be a little late in catching up with things, but I will tell you this, I was NOT late in catching Darryl Worley's show while at Don's Celebrity Theatre on April 12th at the Riverside Casino & Resort in Laughlin, NV.

Darryl was invited for a four night run, April 10-13. It was a return for him and the entertainment group knew a good thing when the invitation was put into play. The theatre does not have a bad seat, which means you do not miss a moment of a great night. James, the box office Manager and his staff in the venue were top notch.

With the back up of some great musicians, called his Krew, Darry sauntered on stage opening with one of his hits from 2000, "When You Need My Love". Immediately the crowd was along for the music ride of the night, and that was just a start. Darryl went on to bring out more hits such as , "Tennessee River Run", "Lonely Alone", "A Good Day To Run", "Tractor Time", along with two very poignant and prolific hits, "I Just Came Back From A War", and "Have You Forgotten."

Darryl has a way of pulling any crowd in with not only his songs, but his ability to make you feel right at home joining in some fun as if you were just chillin' on his front porch at home. His love and respect for our Military was evident when prior to the song, "I Just Came Back From A War". he asked all active duty, retired etc. Military to stand and be recognized in honor of their service. There were many in the crowd and the thunderous applauds were well deserved.

With the shows being so close, I knew I had to make the trip to catch one. I am so glad I did, I was in no way disappointed. Along with me, was a good friend Judy, who had never seen Darryl live before, and her comments were, "It was a great night and so much fun." I can also say this with confidence: Anyone who has also seen Darryl at a show will agree with me on how they are not disappointed either.

Thanks to the folks at Absolute Publicity for setting up a quick visit with Darryl before the show and for Joe, his road manager for always welcoming me and taking time out of the hectic schedule to make things work.
